- Guidance on the right compensatory aid based on individual needs. this typically happens in collaboration with a municipality or organization, often through a trial session lasting about 2 hours.
- Guidance on choosing equipment that is not inherently compensatory and is not funded by the public sector. this guidance is also available to relatives, contacts, organizations, and other entities.
- Guidance in leisure and personal development. this could be for visually impaired individuals who wish to start a sport, a hobby, or simply want to learn how to play games on their computer. this offer is also available to relatives.

I offer the following within technical support:
- installation and individual customization of systems, aids, and compensatory tools.
I can assist with the following:
- Computers, Windows, and Mac.
- Phones: iphone, android, and special phones for the visually impaired.
- Use of the office suite, various browsers, and other programs.
- Special software such as jaws, nvda, voiceover, windows narrator, etc.
- Various tablets.
- experience with braille equipment and braille devices.
- Experience with canes, dictaphones, watches, and many other compensatory aids.
- Experience in mastering life as a person with a visual impairment.
